Executive Assistant - Hybrid
Salary: £22.41 per hour
This is a great opportunity for an Executive Assistant to work for a leading broadcasting company for 6 months! In this role of Executive Assistant you will be supporting one of the company’s Senior Vice Presidents.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Coordinate and run Senior Leadership and department team meetings, managing agendas and minutes, and chasing actions
- Help to coordinate department participation in staff surveys and plan for budget/finance tracking
- Support in the management of large or complex meetings
- Experience of providing assistance at managerial level in a range of organisations
- Proving experience of organisation, diary management, and planning skills
- Organised with ability to prioritise own workload effectively, to coordinate activities and conflicting demands to ensure that tight deadlines are met
- Effective communication skills
- Extensive demonstrable experience off Microsoft Office suite
