Good storytelling starts with great listening. At Audible, that means each role and every project has our audience in mind because the same people who design, develop, and deploy our products also happen to use them. To us, that speaks volumes.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Script Editor/Producer plays an important role in the creative development of the Audible Original scripted drama podcasts. This position will foster good working relationships with internal and external partners, working with writers and producers across multiple genres to edit and launch original drama series on our platform.

As well as super serving existing fandoms, you will work with a diverse array of new voices on original concepts.

ABOUT THIS TEAM

  • Consider innovative modes of production such as spatial audio at the outset of every production
  • Liaise with peers in the Content Team and inspire all those around you including Marketing, Legal, Business Affairs, PR and the wider Audible UK team
  • Work closely with the production team, having a voice in conversations around casting, external production partners and giving notes on final audio
  • Have a natural ability to co-ordinate projects from acquisition through to release against demanding deadlines
  • Administrate the metadata, processes and financial detail involved in production and scripting
