The Role

The People Data & Systems Analyst will play an integral role in our journey to become a data-driven HR team. You will help champion the use and understanding of data in the day to day working of the team. You will be an advocate for technology and automation. You will be accountable for getting accurate and timely data to your stakeholders efficiently through the creation of dashboards and the streamlining of systems and processes.

Your main responsibilities will be to…

  • Gather, understand and document detailed requirements
  • Monitor and audit data quality
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
  • Create data dashboards, packs, graphs and visualisations
  • Produce and track key performance indicators
  • Develop and support reporting processes
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of people processes
  • Assist in new system implementation and feature releases
  • Help embed systems usage into the wider People team through training and communication
  • Be a people system superuser
  • Consistently drive innovation through technology, process and analytics

Qualifications


We’d love to meet, someone with…

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Expert skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid experience with Power BI, Power query and DAX
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An understanding of data protection issues
  • An awareness of different data source types and how to connect to them
  • Drive and proactiveness, who is not afraid to push back
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A growth mindset and an appetite for self-development
