What you'll do

We're looking for a creative and dynamic Content & Campaigns Executive to join our busy Marketing & Client Development department. You will be a critical member of the team helping to deliver content, campaigns and client collateral that support our marketing & sales objectives.

This role presents a real opportunity to get involved with team projects across the full marketing mix, building your experience and using your skills to help the firm grow. You will support with the design and delivery of our strategic marketing campaigns, from finding story angles and approaches that resonate with our clients to working with our various industry body partnerships to drive forward the successful delivery of any initiatives.

also offers great internal networking opportunities, so you can build your own personal brand within the business. You'll work closely with our lawyers to develop compelling content that helps to bring our campaigns to life internally and externally. Ultimately, helping to show how Ashfords can support clients with their legal needs. Where needed, you'll also work with our client development team on direct to client sales and pitch content development.

As well as working with internal stakeholders, you'll be engaging with external copywriting resource to support you with key activities, including the development of client case studies and other important sales and marketing collateral.

This is a brand new role, designed to support our expanding Marketing & Client Development function, in line with the continual growth of our business. It's a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in content creation and marketing in a supportive and friendly team.

Who you are

An outstanding copywriter, you'll be adept at turning the complex into engaging copy tailored to the intended audience and that suits the marketing channel. Creativity and outside the box thinking is therefore key!

You will be someone who relishes any opportunity to take the initiative to drive projects forward, utilising excellent organisation skills along the way. You'll also be comfortable working to tight deadlines, whilst being committed to attaining high standing in all of your work.

You will be working with stakeholders across the business, so being confident and able to engage others is essential. You will take pride in delivering a fantastic service to our people so a positive, can-do attitude is key, as well being able to focus on the finer details when required.

The Marketing & Client Development department work closely together, so it is extremely important that you are willing to roll your sleeves up, continuously learn, develop skills and think team first

Ideally, you'll already have experience working in a professional services or B2B environment, and will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will be eager to further develop your career in a content writing and marketing capacity.
