After school nanny

Sole charge After-school Nanny, SW3

Arthur’s House is working with an established family in SW3 looking for an after-school help for their son who is 5 years old. They are an engaged family with a bright son who loves to play games and read so someone who is happy to get involved with lots of play would be the ideal candidate.

2:30 - 8PM Mon-Fri

Open depending on experience (£18 gross per hour)

Home located 10 minutes from Sloane Square and school

Responsibilities will include:

- Cooking a relatively simple supper for the son
- Playing with the son in an engaging and creative way when he has free time (he doesn't have too much free time currently but when he is not occupied he loves doing puzzles, lego, play board games, draw etc.) A nanny who is good at coming up with inventive games and is willing to play with the son is essential.
- Reading to the son, especially before going to bed. English as Native language or bilingual is a must.
- No cleaning required, however, keeping the son’s room and clothes/toys tidy and organised will be needed
- Occasionally upon request to stay later than 8PM so flexibility is key
- The family are looking for a long term solution for their son and would like to work with someone for a number of years to come
- There will be some opportunity to pick up extra hours babysitting occasionally

(Candidates for Arthur’s House will only be considered if they hole demonstrable right to work in the UK, up to date criminal / CRB checks and evidence of educational certificates)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30.5 per week

Salary: £18.00 per hour
