Reports to – Head of Marketing

About Us

Artfam is a “one of a kind” business. With its unique ethos, Artfarm has changed people’s expectations of what hospitality can be. That power has come from a team who at every level share the beliefs, passions and ambitions of its founders, Iwan and Manuela Wirth.

The role

Our Marketing Manager partners with Artfarm operational leaders to engage our communities and guests through both acquisition and retention marketing strategies.

What success looks like…

  • Responsible for executing local marketing launches, events and campaigns. Seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation.
  • Producing and updating marketing collateral. Drafting copy or proofreading external communications. Providing local content for Artfarm social platforms.
  • Manage and build relationships with marketing agencies and third parties. Ensuring websites are maintained with up-to-date content and imagery.
  • Develop local marketing partnerships and support GM and PR Manager with hosting media visits. Working closely with local GM on reactive marketing as necessary.
  • Develop Artfarm’s marketing intelligence. Understand the customer group and local marketing opportunities.
  • Work closely with wider Marketing and PR team to ensure PR and marketing campaigns are integrated and aligned.

Like all roles at Artfarm, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. As well as fulfilling the duties and responsibilities on your job description, we know from experience that jobs can evolve throughout the lifetime of a role and this in turn gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.
