Hotel Receptionist

What we are looking for:

• The ability to work well within a team environment.
• Support the delivery of business objectives for the department.
• Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
• Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with in a proactive manner and converted to confirmed bookings.
• Ensure no shows and cancellation charges are dealt with daily.
• Ensure all departments are informed of any guest’s special requirements.
• Develop guest relations.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondance is dealt with correctly and efficiently.
• To be proactive in self development.
• To promote the image of Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa as a professional organisation.
• Comply with all Company Policies and legal requirements with special reference to Health and Safety.
