Job Description Finance Manager
Summary
Armarii has developed a range of contemporary bedroom and bathroom furniture using state of the art design and manufacturing facilities. The business is growing rapidly and now requires a passionate individual to facilitate the next step of the journey.
Individual
We are looking for an individual who will assist in the management of all financial transactions.
To be successful in this role you will require to have a curious mind to investigate any anomalies and uncover the real implications behind the numbers and work with the relevant individuals to propose improvements.
In addition, there is a requirement to continually develop our existing processes to enable the full benefits of Sage 50, Construction Manager (EQUE 2) and Monday.com to be realised.
This individual will also be required to cover for the Financial Controller.
Responsibilities
· Team Leader for Finance Department of 2
· Preparing and publishing internal financial documents that provide clear information and support decision making
· Supporting month end process
o Provide monthly analysis and insight for reporting
· Ability to challenge discrepancies, investigate underlying issues and propose alternatives
· Build strong and robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business and with relevant external parties
· Providing a backup to the Financial Controller to support bank payments, payroll (weekly and monthly) etc.
Requirements
· Attitude of striving for continuous improvement throughout the Finance Team
· Initiative to identify process changes as required and ability to ensure change is implemented
· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
· Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and Pivot tables
· Anticipated that candidate is ether Part-Qualified or Qualified by experience
· Ideally experience of Sage 50 and Monday.com
A curiosity and willing to learn is more important than previous experience of a manufacturing environment

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
