Permanent, flexible part-time role
Where: Arla Foods Head Office, LS10 1AB Leeds.
Hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:30 am – 12midday
Pay: £11.50 per hour

What is this role about?
As a sensory panellist, you will help Arla Foods to perfect our products and delight our consumers, by expertly evaluating products using a variety of methods.
You will be taught how to generate sensory descriptive vocabulary as a group (relating to taste, appearance, texture and smell) and then individually rank products on these descriptors.
Main responsibilities:
- Evaluate dairy products and give reliable, objective feedback.
- Effectively communicate product characteristics through sensory scoring and team discussions.
- Working as part of a team and building great relationships with the other panel members.
- Accurately completing assessments within time frames.
Ideal Candidate:
- You should have excellent communication skills and be at ease working with a team.
- You should have a keen interest in the taste of foods.
- You must not have any food intolerances/allergies.
- You should demonstrate good sensory acuity relating to smell and taste (we assess this at your interview)
- You should have the ability to follow detailed instructions and complete routine tasks quickly and accurately.
- You should have the ability to articulate yourself in fluent English in front of others.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in sensory acuity tests, details of this will follow if you are shortlisted.
