ANGRY CRAB SHACK JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Bartender

Job Summary:

We are a growing restaurant looking for Bartender to enhance our company.

We’re looking for creative, motivated people with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need to be organized, have basic serving skills, communicative, high energy and have a positive attitude. You will report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Front of the House Operations. This position requires nights and weekends each month.

Requirements:

• Be able to be on your feet for 4-10 hours.
• Knowledge of service standards.
• Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Be willing to get hygiene and related service training.

Responsibilities:

• Open and closing duties; setting up, breaking down and maintaining the bar area during your shift
• Stock/prep and making sure the bar is set for service.
• Batch all bulk cocktails and scratch mix all other cocktails.
• Have an extra level of knowledge from the servers and be a more of a “key” teammate on the floor.
• Ensure that our guests always receive the finest products and services that Angry Carb Shack has to offer with a friendly smile that will set us apart as a restaurant and give our guests reason to come back time after time.

*Please note that due to the nature of the industry, you will be required to work on a shift basis on a rota basis.

Salary:

• Hourly rate £12-14 (£11 in probation)

Schedule:

• 8 hour to 11 hour shift

• London, W1D 7PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Catering: 1 year (preferred)
