Andy Blair Schoolwear has been supplying school uniform to schools in Coventry for over 30 years.
We are currently looking for a part time Store Assistant to join our Barker Butts Lane store. You'll work 20 hours per week and shifts will vary across Monday to Sunday.
About the Job
You will provide support to the Store Management in the efficient day to day operations of the store in order to achieve or exceed the Sales Targets whilst delivering world class customer service.
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
- Making sure that the products and store are well presented.
- Unpacks all products received and displays the merchandise on the sales floor with the correct price in an efficient and productive manner.
- Helping our customers get just what they need.
- Handling cash and card transactions, taking orders and resolving customer queries.
- Working to our Customer Service standards in order to meet or exceed customer’s expectation and satisfaction.
- Following company policy and procedures.
About You
- Friendly, helpful and customer focused.
- Flexible to work different shifts.
- Has the capability to forge a good working relationship with the team contributing to a winning team culture.
- Driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
- Displays a high level of integrity
- Is trustworthy and honest
- Numerical with a good understanding of cash handling and till functionality.
- Previous retail experience is preferable.
