With a focus on digitization, innovation, and analytics, the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) team creates central, scalable platforms and customer experiences to help markets for all these priorities. EDDS’s charter is to drive scale for the business and accelerate innovation for both immediate impact as well as long-term transformation of our business. A unique aspect of EDDS is the integration of diverse skills across all its remit. EDDS has a very broad range of responsibilities, resulting in a broad range of initiatives around the world.


The Enterprise Performance Marketing Products (EPMP) team within EDDS are looking for a Senior Manager to support with growing acquisitions in performance marketing channels by enhancing existing solutions, developing advanced data products, and leading the organization into the digital future without 3rd party cookies, in addition to enabling integrated data and Ad-tech solutions for Enterprise marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong background in solutioning and managing digital data products at scale for performance channels (Paid Search, Media, Affiliates) along with exceptional feature prioritization, road-mapping and problem-solving skills.


How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Deliver scalable product features for the Omni-Channel Marketing Intelligence program which aims at providing relevant, consistent, and connected experiences for our prospective customers in their card conversion journeys
  • Deliver privacy safe data solutions for integrating with prominent Ad-tech partners (Google, Meta, Amazon etc.) for future-proofing targeting & personalization in performance channels
  • Develop & periodically share updates to product feature roadmaps, planning & managing feature deliveries via Agile methodologies and communicating outcomes to our end-user teams
  • Collaborate with multiple partner teams including marketing teams, channel enablement, data science, analytics, external vendors & partners

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in solutioning, design & delivery of marketing products & capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partner teams with strong communication & relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a complex feature set, working with one or more large Ad-tech companies
