Product Lead - Adtech

Freecash is the product. Almedia is the engagement engine behind it: the smartest way for mobile game studios to turn high-potential users into high-value ones. We're the leader in our category, profitable, and expanding fast.

You will work at the intersection of consumer product, mobile adtech and publisher platforms. Your responsibility will be to improve how users discover and engage with rewards, how publishers integrate and monetize, and how value is measured and distributed across users, publishers, advertisers and Almedia.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who can turn an ambitious product thesis into a clear strategy, a rigorous experimentation programme and a scalable platform.

What you'll own

• Consumer product and engagement. Own the full user journey, from discovery and activation through onboarding, progression, and repeat reward engagement, by designing clear, motivating, product-native reward experiences and turning user behavior into measurable value for publishers and the platform.

• Publisher platform. Shape the Link SDK and its integration experience for mobile publishers, improving developer experience, implementation quality, configurability and observability, while working with engineering on identity, events, attribution, reward delivery and fraud prevention to give publishers flexible tools without fragmenting the product into bespoke integrations.

• Monetization and marketplace economics. Develop new rewarded monetization products for publishers, defining how rewards, publisher value and Almedia's economics fit together, by partnering with data science on pricing, segmentation, ranking and optimization to balance user experience, advertiser performance, publisher revenue and contribution margin.

• Experimentation and measurement. Own a rigorous experimentation portfolio across consumer experiences, integrations and monetization, using holdouts and causal measurement to isolate incremental value from correlation, by defining clear primary metrics, guardrails and maturity windows, and making explicit decisions to scale, change or stop each initiative.

• Publisher and commercial leadership. Work directly with major mobile publishers, clearly explaining product capabilities, economics and measurement, by leading lighthouse launches, turning publisher feedback into scalable product decisions, and building reporting that publishers can understand and trust.

What you'll bring

• Senior product experience in mobile adtech, publisher monetization, rewarded advertising, mobile gaming monetization or a closely related marketplace.

• Experience owning a consumer product involving rewards, onboarding, retention, progression or monetization.

• Experience shipping an SDK, API, developer platform or technically complex partner integration.

• Direct ownership of revenue, pricing, yield, gross margin, advertiser performance or another meaningful economic outcome.

• Strong understanding of marketplace economics and how incentives affect users, publishers and advertisers.

• Deep practical experience with experimentation, holdouts, selection bias and causal measurement.

• Comfort working with data science on ranking, pricing or optimization systems.

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or publishers.
