The Role

Due to the continued success and growth of the Almac Group, we are recruiting for a Software Engineering Team Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and driven Software Engineering Team Lead or Project Manager to further develop their career.

The Software Engineering Team Lead will supervise, lead and mentor a team of Software Developers in the efficient and effective delivery of the Software Development Projects for Almac Information Services.

Key Requirements / What we are looking for / About you

• Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK/IE

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) qualification, preferably (but not mandatory) in an engineering led discipline such as IT, Maths or Science

• Significant experience of leading and driving engineering teams using modern tooling such as JIRA applying agile principles such as Scrum and Kanban

OR

• Significant experience of leading and driving engineering teams in a project management capacity using principles such as Prince2

• Worked previously with leadership in organisations to transform product roadmaps into reality and understand the important of MVP solutions
