What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate;

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study

• Maximum of three years relevant work experience

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

We are looking for a high calibre graduate to join the IM department’. The role of IM Cyber Security Graduate is to make a significant and positive impact on the way Airbus operations and manufacturing performs, improves and Innovates. From day one you will be integrated to the IM Cyber Security team and will be guided through the various placement opportunities that exist within your function and the wider IM organisation and business areas. This along with training provided, works to ensure you are ready and experienced enough to take the next step of your career.

What you will be doing

We also have multiple Graduates joining IM in other disciplines, so it’s a great time to join Airbus within our IM function. The successful applicant will be part of highly skilled IM Cyber professionals, within a European wide team that has global reach and accountability. In the role you will be part of our Cyber Transformation program, and you will have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate your capabilities on projects and across services that vary from Data Loss, to Cyber Analytics, OT Security, Privileged Access Management, Portfolio Management, Project execution and much more besides. Your role will vary, and will evolve, and will typically be expected to be (not exhaustive); technical expertise, project tasks, to business and data analysis, to support business in a security context whilst always performing in line with Airbus behaviors - the point is to prepare you for future, to achieve amazing things together.

Skills required

We are looking for candidates with some of the following interests, and preferably, skills and experience either in a workplace environment or in a educational and personal interest context:

• Knowledge and curiosity of IT Security related fundamentals (End Point, Networks, Architecture designs)

• Knowledge of web application designs or cloud IaaS (AWS etc.) or SaaS

• A good knowledge of 2 or more commonly used Security controls

• Good knowledge and experience of working with Information technology (PC, Servers, Mobile technology, process such as Agile, ITIL, Cloud (AWS etc.), Web Servers, Identity and Access Management, Machine Learning, Big Data etc.) and/or IOT/Operational Technologies (Shop floor systems, MES etc.)

• Some knowledge of regulations (GDPR, Export Control etc.), Security standards, Security methods (including Risk) and Data Governance principles would be ideal
