Billing Executive
At Air IT we believe it’s in everyone's interests to work flexibly. That's why we have introduced a 4 day week (compressed hours) or 9 day fortnight in addition to a standard 5 day 37.5 hour week. All three options are available to joiners at Air IT.

We’re now looking for a Billing Executive to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely client invoicing. Specifically, you’ll set up new clients in our finance system, assist with resolving client queries and send invoices and updates to clients.
Additionally, you will:
- Update customer agreements to reflect usage
- Track and record monthly revenue
- Raise credit notes
To be considered as a Billing Executive, you will need:
- Experience in raising sales invoices
- Experience in Excel
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
