A day in the life of…

As Kitchen Porter, you will be a crucial part of the kitchen team, delivering excellent service to guests each day. Teamwork is everything! You will work closely with your teammates to ensure that together each service is smooth and efficient. You are engaged, move with purpose, serve with enthusiasm, understand performance indicators, and work hard to positively influence these whilst on shift.

Based in the Novotel Leicester you will be part of a family of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

The Novotel Leicester is an exceptional new build consisting of a 154-bedroom luxury, the Adagio Aparthotel complex contains 98 high spec suites and is part of the newly regenerated Waterfront area of Leicester. The Nine B bar and restaurant are situated within the Novotel hotel.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
