General Manager of Revolve will be a career defining role for someone wanting to make
their mark and make their own team.

Your profile
- A track record of exceptional performance in premium high–volume operations.
- A people person able to build the business, ensuring the smooth operational running
of the venue as well as the development and motivation of the team. - Creating an outstanding guest experience will be at the heart of what you do every
day. You will possess a drive for service excellence and will have a genuine passion
for food and beverage. - A leader who demonstrates strong motivation and works for an environment that
nurtures connection by creating trust and openness. - Able to empower employees through training and development
- You work with inspiration encouraging employees to bring authenticity and to be
genuinely themselves
- 5+ years of restaurant/bar experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits) with WSET
Level 2 and a Personal Licence. - Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations required, COSHH qualification
is desireable but not essential. - Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to
create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximise profit.
