What we are looking for
We are looking for a team of people to join our existing employees at the start of our journey, playing an important role in the shaping and development of the sport and leisure offering in the Hoslworthy area. We need people with a real passion for the health, fitness, and leisure industry, who share our vision, and will work with us to ensure the accessibility and future sustainability of our leisure assets and services. We may be a fairly small operator, but we have big ambitions for the service we will be providing, and we are looking to recruit the strongest team possible, offering an industry-competitive remuneration package to facilitate this.
About the Role
We are looking for a Leisure Assistant (Lifeguards) to be based at Holsworthy Leisure Centre, to be responsible for providing the highest quality of customer service whilst ensuring the safety of all users in and around the centre, at all times. This includes duties such as lifeguarding, greeting customers, general administration and any cleaning requirements.
The ideal candidate will have RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification, working knowledge of health and safety, first aid and life saving techniques.
This is a part time role, working either 16-20 hours per week.
