Part-time – up to £10.42 per hour

(Working on a shift rotational basis, hours to involving evenings from 17:00 and weekends)

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Outdoor Operations Assistant to join our team at our Lincoln Contract (Active Nation Yarborough). We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our supporters (customers) creating a positive experience of our outdoor facilities within our venue. Encompassing the outdoor operations and presentation of our venues, interacting with supporters, and ensuring they are safe and happy, this role is about contributing to everyone’s wellbeing. I need to know:

• Are you an enthusiastic individual with a positive, customer focused attitude?
• Do you have experience working in a customer driven environment?
• Can you inspire, encourage and motivate our customers to be more active in a safe environment?

Applicants must possess a full UK driving license, and be aged over 18 due to lone working requirements at times.

Active Nation Yarborough is one of the Lincoln Contract Venues, a thriving multipurpose venue at the ‘top of Lincoln’ and includes 25m pool, Teaching pool, Diving pool, Sports Hall, Gym, Studio, cycle studio, 3G, all weather pitch, cycle track, athletics track and outdoor pitches.
