Our client is a leading speciality cheese supplier in the UK, employing over 150 people.

They are now looking for Hygiene Operative to join their enthusiastic team on permanent basis.

Location: Yeovil area

Weekdays: Monday to Friday 9pm to 5am - nights; from £14.57 p/h

Weekends (one in every five and two weekdays off): Saturday and Sunday 6am to 2pm from £11.32 p/h

Overtime available and paid double

Duties and responsibilities for Hygiene Operative:

You will effectively carry out a cleaning process for the following areas and pieces of equipment:

Tables, block cutters, all equipment used in the cleaning process, wash stations and change over rooms, offices, W/Cs, Canteen, all low risk areas, the warehouse, removing soiled water from floors, brushing of floors, carrying out Laundry procedures, removing waste to the compactors etc.

The ideal candidate for Hygiene Operative position:

• You will have previous experience in similar positions, such as cleaner, housekeeper or cleaning operative
• You will have good communication skills
• You will be well organised and self motivated
• You will be willing to undertake any training such as COSHH, Manual Handling and Emergency procedures training

This is a full-time, permanent position with full induction provided.
