Hello, we’re the Top of the Shard. The highest champagne and cocktail bar in Western Europe, open to the public in 2012. We deliver premium experience to guests from all over the world.
We are striving for excellence, and to bring more memorable moments to our guests.
As our busiest season approaches, we are looking for passionate bartender to join our team.
We are looking for people who are:
hard working, passionate, proactive&interactive, friendly, flexible and ready to work whatever the weather as one of our bars is on level 72 and it is open to the elements.

We are looking for people who are hardworking, passionate, proactive&interactive, friendly, flexible and ready to work whatever the weather as one of our bars ins on level 72 and it is open to the elements. Some Previous bar experience is essential, but full training given.
- Provide an amazing experience to our customers.
- Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy.
- Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail even when under pressure.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Be willing to learn. Some previous bar experience is essential, but full training given.
- Have great communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Use your initiative, bringing new and creative ideas to how we do things.
- Be passionate about mixology and creating delicious cocktails.
