JOB TITLE: Window and Specialist Cleaner
REPORTING TO: Head of Operations
LOCATION: London/South East
HOURS: 40 per week Monday to Friday
PAY RATE: £14.00 PER HOUR
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
To undertake all planned and scheduled window cleaning, high level or specialist cleaning works to various sites and locations across the London & South.
- Window cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Hard floor cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Graffiti removal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To complete all necessary equipment checks as and when required
- To ensure all paperwork and documentation is kept up to date
- To ensure all team members integrate and communicate
- To work safely within the safety guidelines
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- The successful candidate must have the following
- Commercial window cleaning experience is required
- Must be able to work at height
- Specialist cleaning knowledge (desirable or training provided)
- Must be able to work in a team or independently
- Ability to travel
- Able to stay away from home when required
Essential
Must have the following qualifications or certification
- IPAF,PASMA.WORKING AT HEIGHT,HARNESS TRAINING,SEAMA
- Full drivers’ licence
Desirable:
- DBS CHECKED
- SEAMA Part 1
- 5 years checkable work history
