We are looking for exceptional people to join our Team, to contribute to the future success of the business.
The Role
We are recruiting a brilliant Sales Co-ordinator to join our friendly Team and further enhance the Customer Service provided to our existing customer base. You will:
- Be the dedicated point of contact for some of our existing customers.
- Provide support to these customers, helping resolve their queries via phone/email.
- Process their orders onto our bespoke system management software, Goose.
- Liaise with our Planning Team regarding your customers' orders.
- Brief our Technical Team on any new enquiries for your customers.
- Communicate the information (quotes, samples etc) for these enquiries back to your customers, and follow up with them.
- Be responsible for all day-to-day account management for your customers, for example arranging for old stock to be delivered or for old tooling to be returned to the customer/disposed of.

You will be skilled at:
- Communication (verbal and written).
- Administration and accurate data entry.
- Problem solving.
- General attention to detail.
- Numeracy and IT.
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Location: Our Sherborne office.
