We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team.

The responsibilities of our Finance Business Partner are:
- Support business leaders in executing the business strategy.
- On-going commercial financial analysis and decision support for business leaders and budget holders.
- Support & partner with the Group Financial Controller to ensure the business maintains robust controls, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Work together with Finance and Technology teammates to deliver system enhancements wherever possible to improve controls, productivity and automation.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, supportive and engaging team culture.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Finance Business Partner are:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified (>3 years) with strong technical accounting experience.
- Experience building and maintain robust financial models.
- Ability to build strong, collaborative, stakeholder relationships and influence decisions.
- High attention to detail and proven track record of seeing things through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Industry experience in Leisure & Hospitality beneficial
The working hours:
- Monday – Friday, working 4 days out of 5 in our office based in Mayfair.
The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
