Our client is a global leader of manufacturing bespoke and intelligent solutions for vehicles based in the Thetford area. Their products are sold all over the world with a huge presence in the UK and are at the leading edge of creating innovative solutions for their customers.

Working within an established team you will play a pivotal role in providing Field Service support to customers across the East Anglia region. You will ensure that servicing, maintenance, and repair work is carried out on all vehicle mounted crane machinery.

What’s involved for the Field Service Engineer…

• Carry out maintenance and repair on a wide range of vehicle mounted cranes
• Carry out refurbishments and accident damage repair work
• Go to customer site visits
• Deal with all mechanical, hydraulic and electrical work on cranes
• Fault find and diagnose electrical issues

What you’ll need…

• HIAB Crane engineer experience
• Mechanical and electrical experience
• MUST have HIAB / ALLMI / Lorry loader operators licence
• Welding skills advantageous
• Ability to interpret technical information
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels
• Good written and verbal communication skills

This is a Full time, permanent Field Service Engineer role, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
