Who Are We?

3DGBIRE are the UK and Ireland’s premium professional 3D printing experts. We sell, service and support award-winning global 3D printer brands and their associated consumables to our ever-growing industry customer base, which includes many ‘blue-chip’ engineering and manufacturing companies. Due to continued rapid growth, we are looking to recruit an Additive Manufacturing Repair Technician to join our Technical Centre.

Our mission is to assist companies in integrating 3D printing into their business with ease and efficiency. Our 360-degree service takes you from implementation, maintenance to expert training classes and free innovation seminars. Additionally, providing local aftercare, our aim is to ensure our customers experience our products as we do.

3DGBIRE is based between two sites in Chorley, Lancashire. Our technical & distribution centre is based on the Chorley North Industrial Estate, while our other business departments are based within The Strawberry Fields Digital Hub a brand new, state of the art, hi-tech business centre for digital and creative businesses.

What’s the job?

As we are continuously growing our services, we are also growing our team. Our Technical Centre team is looking for a new member to support the growth of the business offering:

• Machine Repairs, Maintenance and Servicing
• Print Bureau
• Reverse Engineering
• Customer Support
• Customer Demonstrations

As a vital member of the 3DGBIRE Technical Team, you will have the responsibility of providing exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring service and repairs are completed to strict deadlines whilst representing industry leading AM partners such as Ultimaker, Raise3D, BCN3D, Photocentric, & MELTIO.

You will be confident in liaising directly with our customers, ensuring that all of their technical needs are established, understood and handled in-house. Excellent time management skills alongside confidence and demonstration of initiative is crucial
