We have a new vacancy working directly for 2fawcett, which has become available due to an internal promotion within the business. This would be a fantastic role for someone looking to get into Recruitment.
Office / Data Administrator – Permanent
- Supporting the Office Manager with duties
- Answering the telephone and passing queries through to the relevant consultant
- Data Input using Excel Spreadsheet and a CRM
- Data Protection – Ensuring the CRM is in check with relation to GDPR
- Updating the CRM when necessary
- Uploading candidates CVs to the CRM
- Formatting CVs to the CRM
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants
- Ad hoc admin duties
We are looking for someone who has:
- Thorough attention to detail
- Process driven
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills, including the use of Excel to a basic level

Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
- Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm(30 Minute Lunch Break)

Salary: £20,400.00 per year
