· Basic £25,000 + uncapped commission

· Expected £30,000 basic after 12 months

· 1st Year £45,000 OTE, 2nd year £60,000 OTE, 3rd £100,000+ OTE

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Role

· Creating and maintaining relationships with US Investment Banks/Hedge Fund managers and regularly consulting high calibre FinTech professionals – ensuring all recruitment needs are met

· Developing new business through business development

· Sourcing the strongest and highest talent through proactive headhunting and networking

· Understanding the market and be a strong consultant to both candidates and clients throughout the sales process

· Dealing with high-end individuals from salary brackets: £80,000-£700,000

· Consultants 1 year into their careers should be closing a deal a month and earning 1/3rd of their billings in commission

Graduate Recruitment Consultant – The Ideal Candidate

· Degree 2:1 or higher or preferred B2B or sales experience

· Natural strong communicator with developed people skills

· Financially driven (YOU control your own earnings)

· Intelligent, ambitious, and motivated to succeed and progress your career
